In this final phase we sought to understand the changes that have occurred in Education for Tr'ondek Hwech'in First Nation. Drawing from the perspectives of Tr'ondek Hwech'in citizens, school personnel and Tr'ondek Hwech'in First Nation employees we present the outcomes of this final phase. Attention is drawn to the overall satisfaction amongst all for the progress made but concerns represented by some of underlying philosophical issues that are likely in need of resolution in the current co-governance agreement.
